Below I present you poker tactics in particular rounds including positions at a table and the behavior of previous players. At the beginning it may seem a little complicated. However, if you pay some attention, poker tactics will for sure become more simple and logical. It’s enough to apply it several times and you will remember the presented rules automatically.

You need to consider several factors if you decide to keep playing. Certainly the basic one of the proper poker tactics is your cards. However, apart from that, there are many other very important elements that many players even don’t realize. The elementary ones are: position at the table in relation to a dealer, the actions of other players and the value of the Pot.
Apart from your own cards, you have to take into consideration the decisions of previous players and the stake you can win. You may try to guess what cards your opponents have while observing their behavior. If many players raised the bet (Raise), they probably have very good cards. On the other hand, if they all only waited (Check), probably no one has strong cards and it will be easier to win the deal or at least frighten your opponents by raising the bet.
The value of the Pot helps to make a decision, whether if it is worth to risk and keep on playing even with worse cards - the higher the bank is, the more you can win. At the same time its worth to continue the game with a bit worse hand or to bet some more in order to be able to see the card in the next round. In case of bidding as a last one, you know how your opponents played and the value of the Pot. On the contrary, when you are the first one to bid, you do not know these details, which forces you to be more careful.
